As most new subdivision projects in Washington go, we began this project with clearing and processing along with some demolition work of existing structures. We then stripped and stockpiled all topsoil before we started on mass excavation.
Since this site sits on a steep hillside, the earthwork was tricky with over 50,000 CY of material to move and balance. Some cuts were over 20’ in some spots.
Once we leveled out the site, our pipe crews installed over 10,000 LF of wet utilities to provide future families with water, sewer, and stormwater.
