Project Details

If you want proof of Rino’s ability to handle jobs of any size, look no further than Allura at Tiffany Park. For this 94-lot subdivision in the summer of 2017, we had to clear 21 acres of land, take care of over 100,000 yards of cut to fill, install a huge stormwater vault, dig a 30-foot-deep sewer, and put in 20,000 feet of utilities.

The first challenge we encountered on this project was clearing the heavily forested property in Renton, which was made more difficult by the fact that there was a large residential property nearby, with lots of foot traffic and attention from neighbors. Another issue we had to solve was working in between the water lines that ran along two sides of the project ― with a 48-inch pipe on one side, and a 72-inch pipe on another, we had to be extremely careful.

When we think back on this project, we recall lots of pipe and lots of walls. In addition to the 20,000 feet of utility work, we also installed either block walls or rockery walls (or both) in every one of this project’s 94 lots. All told, we spent about a year working on Allura at Tiffany Park, and we’re extremely proud of the work we were able to accomplish on this site.
