Unique Projects

We love building Washington every day. Every site and project is unique and no two days are the same. Thanks to having all services in house, beating schedules is standard operating procedure at Rino. Read below to see our clients explain how we’re not just another contractor on the projects we’re fortunate enough to build.

1. The Rino Team

Rino Construction has a knowledgeable, cohesive, and dedicated team. Whether it is estimating, project management, or their field crews, they help us from start to finish with problem solving, value engineering, and completing the job on time and within budget. Rino assigned the same project manager for our projects to keep our teams aligned and guarantee good communication. We look forward to the next pre-construction meeting and final job walk with their crew.

2. We'll Beat Any Schedule

Sea Con initially hired Rino Construction due to proximity to a project, and a detailed, well thought-out proposal and work plan. Following that initial decision, we have found Rino to be efficient, responsive, and timely through the project process. The initial project began with large plan modifications due to utilities identified in the ROW unknown to the design team. Rino worked with us to assist the design team through this challenge and develop a cost-effective solution. After this initial project, we have hired Rino for two additional projects, and look forward to a continued relationship.

3. We Think Outside The Box

One of the main reasons we consistently use Rino Construction is their out-of-the-box thinking, and creative solutions to complex problems. Our projects have tight working conditions, with several other trades on-site with our civil contractor. The ability to plan and help our site stay efficient is where Rino shines. We had a project in Bellevue that bordered a stream and two major roadways, with major constraints on work conditions. The city, after our precon, required a solution to the tie-ins and not disrupting traffic. Rino stepped up and suggested night work, and got the complicated tie-ins completed with no additional cost.

4. The newest tech

Rino was hired to perform a project with a large detention vault and over 135,000 TCY of dirt to be moved. The project also included over 46,000 Sf of retaining walls. Rino used their GPS dozers, excavator and rover to ensure the job was done right. The foreman onsite always had his iPad ready for dailies, reports, email, or finding the answer to the tough questions. Technology has changed the way civil construction is being performed and Rino is sitting on the cutting edge.

5. We Work Safely

After four projects with Rino, I have observed the smart, safe way they do their work. Whether it is their weekly toolbox talks, or closing the company for a training session, Rino is thinking safety.
