As most new subdivision projects in Washington go, we began this project with clearing and processing, along with some demolition work of existing structures. We then stripped and stockpiled all topsoil before we started mass excavation.
Since this site sits on a steep hillside, the earthwork was tricky, with 50,000+ CY of material to move and balance. Some cuts were over 20’ in some spots.
Once we leveled out the site, our pipe crews installed more than 10,000 LF of wet utilities to provide future residents with water, sewer, and stormwater.
