A general superintendent, Jacen joined the Rino team in 2015.
He got started in the industry at the young age of 16, greasing tracks and helping a local company near his home.
Now with more than 20 years of experience under his belt, Jacen oversees all projects at Rino, always making safety his number-one priority.
He is especially proud of the work he did on the Allura at Tiffany Park job, a 94-lot subdivision project the team took on in the summer of 2017. They worked to clear 21 acres of land, took care of over 100,000 yards of cut to fill, installed a huge stormwater vault, dug a 30-foot-deep sewer, and put in 20,000 feet of utilities. It is the biggest site he’s worked to date.
Jacen looks up to his older brothers and loves spending his free time with family, hunting, and camping.
